Period November 2002 - July 2003 Project Hellenic Aid Objectives The project concerned the training of public officials from the Arab Republic of Syria in issues related to the modernization of Public Administration. The project provided for the organization of training seminars and workshops, the elaboration of a manual and the construction of a web site providing access to the findings of the programme and useful information on the organization and functioning of Public Administration in both countries.
