Objectives
The overall objective of the project is to enhance the legal knowledge and professional skills of judges in South Africa. The project provides for the organization of training seminars in European Law and especially European constitutional law, protection of fundamental rights and equal treatment. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the Justice College of South Africa.
