Objectives
The project aims to research into different aspects and forms of corruption in the public sector of EU member states. The focus will be on public administration, members of national parliaments, political public office-holders and political parties. Based on empirical data the aim of the study is to identify common forms of corrupt behaviour, existing measures of prevention and control, make policy recommendations and promote an all-European approach to the phenomenon of corruption.
