Objectives
The objective of the study is to assess the current level of research in the Member States in the field of judicial cooperation in civil matters and to develop proposals for the structuring of a European research network and its activities. The study will also include an inventory of academics, practitioners, institutions, publications and research initiatives related to issues of judicial cooperation in civil matters.
