Objectives
The study aims to evaluate in a comparative perspective the existing framework of the pharmaceutics market and pharmaceutical policy in Greece as well as in Europe. The evolution of pharmaceutical expenditures and the repercussions of the pharmaceutical interventions in the constitutional evaluation of the existing regulatory framework constitute the main fields of analysis. The study proposes alternative models for a coherent regulatory policy.
