Objectives
The project aimed to study undue age restrictions in legislation in Greece hindering the exercise of fundamental rights for youth. The outcome of the study was in the form of legislative policy proposals for eliminating undue age restrictions, and harmonizing age limits for the exercise of fundamental rights in current legislation.

Implementing Institutions
The Centre for European Constitutional Law was responsible for the scientific co-ordination of the Project.
