Objectives
The general purpose of the project is to provide support to the Management Authority for the implementation of the Sectoral Operational Programme Transport (SOPT). Support will be provided through activities aimed at strengthening the capacity of the final programme beneficiaries during the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the projects funded by SOPT, the implementation of the institutional framework, the development of human resources, the preparation and update of strategic programming documents for the period 2007 – 2013, the provision of training to the Management Body and final beneficiaries and the exchange of experiences with other EU member states.
