Key expert 3: Training Expert
Job description - Design and development of training of trainers programme(s) for the Judicial System in Belgrade;
- Design and development of user, manager and administrator training programme(s);
- Management of the training process.
Qualifications and skills - University degree in a relevant discipline. A Master or equivalent
in information technologies, or official IT trainer’s certificate would be an asset;
- Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Serbian would be an asset.
General professional experience - Preferably 10 years of professional working experience in the field of IT;
- Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in the field of IT training;
- Previous experience in the Balkans or other transition countries.
Specific professional experience - Previous experience with development of training syllabi for training of trainers;
- Previous experience with IT training for public administration.
