Key expert 1: Team Leader
Job description - Overall management, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the project;
- Reporting, on behalf of the team, to the Steering Committee;
- Continuous links with the beneficiaries and all the players involved in the implementation of the project.
Qualifications and skills - University degree in a relevant discipline. A Master or equivalent would be an asset;
- Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English;
- Strong Information Technology project and people management capabilities. Formal project management training would be an asset;
- Knowledge of Serbian would be an asset.
General professional experience Preferably 10 years of professional working experience in IT in the relevant field (Judicial System, Court Management, Public Administration, or IT Project Management);
Experience in managing complex international assistance IT activities/projects in the field of public administration;
International IT management experience in public or/and private sector;
Previous experience in the Balkans or other transition countries. Specific professional experience - Track record of managing/coordinating successful projects;
- Experience with managing full life cycle IT software development projects;
- Experience with defining and implementing IT project management procedures;
