A Master or equivalent in information technologies would be an asset; Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English; Knowledge of Serbian would be an asset. General professional experience Preferably 10 years of professional working experience in the field of IT development. Professional working experience related to the Judicial and public administration sector would be an asset; Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience as a lead software developer; Preferably proven experience in other software development projects of similar size and complexity. Previous experience in the Balkans or other transition countries. Specific professional experience Previous experience with development of information systems for the judicial system or the public administration would be an advantage; Proven experience with system analysis and design, preferably for Judiciary or public administration sector; Experience with testing of software systems, including design of test plans and user acceptance test cases.
