Key expert 2: Software Development Expert
Job description - Management of the team of business analysts and the team of software developers;
- Design of the information system;
- Development of the information system;
- Testing of the information system.
Qualifications and skills - University degree in a relevant discipline. A Master or equivalent in information technologies would be an asset;
- Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Serbian would be an asset.
General professional experience - Preferably 10 years of professional working experience in the field of IT development. Professional working experience related to the Judicial and public administration sector would be an asset;
- Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience as a lead software developer;
- Preferably proven experience in other software development projects of similar size and complexity.
- Previous experience in the Balkans or other transition countries.
Specific professional experience - Previous experience with development of information systems for the judicial system or the public administration would be an advantage;
- Proven experience with system analysis and design, preferably for Judiciary or public administration sector;
- Experience with testing of software systems, including design of test plans and user acceptance test cases.
