Resident Associates

   A local partner, the resident associate, is the contact point in each participating country with respect to the project. He undertakes to help in the selection of the participants for each Workshop and to provide them with all necessary support in their preparation for the Workshops, collection of material, drafting of reports etc. His main task is to contribute regularly with updated material on the main categories of the project's data bank. He is provided with the necessary computer infrastructure. During the second Phase of the project as resident associates were nominated:
